5/5 As I said in the other thread, this game is so well-done, it manages to be both extremely hardcore and incredibly easy to play. Picking a class, placing your stuff in order of importance, and then just “goin’ nuts” in the world is a great way to ease into it. Once you’re rolling out on your own with a lance, bombs, and a flaming orb you’re off to a good start, but the game can be just as enjoyable if you’re just traveling along on a long journey. It may still be challenging, but it’ll be a hell of a lot of fun just running along and letting the pace of things happen. If there’s a flaw in the game, it’s that perhaps “being guided” by grace can be a bit confusing. There’s no explanation of where you’re supposed to go or what you need to do, so if you do happen to run into trouble you can wander around forever because you don’t know where to go. In addition, you can, at times, get into battles with things that should have left you alone, so it’s a bit hard to tell sometimes if you’re supposed to pay attention to something or just ignore it. Thankfully, this is a game that gets better the more you play it, and that’s why it’s so worthwhile. It’s a great game, and it’s worth the money. Now, if only I could get the forums to show me what it’s like on a iPod… Like… I have two iPods at home. Perhaps a bit of a silly comment, but I wanted to mention that, as a Nintendo owner, I’ve been using the Wii U GamePad at times (i.e. when playing Watch_Dogs) simply to indicate paths to follow. I wasn’t able to achieve many of the things I wanted to do in the game, so that’s not a real problem, but it was kind of a neat feeling seeing the characters get out into the open world.
