But they find that the day has already ended, and everyone in the capital is busy preparing for the upcoming royal selection! In the midst of all this, the residents learn about the royal selection’s postponement and receive a message from an unknown party. Excited by this news, the group tries to find out what’s going on and wonders how much more the castle’s royal selection has to hold. Meanwhile, there are rumors circulating that only five candidates will be selected as the next Lugunica’s next ruler, so the castle has decided to postpone the royal selection until the start of the new year. While the castle’s preparations are underway, Emilia encounters a fan that she did not know existed. The fan knows a thing or two about Emilia and requests a meeting between Emilia and her. The fan, an apparent former member of Emilia’s violin club, seems to know more than she lets on. As Emilia tries to find a way to reach the new member of her fan club, Subaru and Beatrice see each other one last time before they part ways.
